What makes a good agent

The persona is the whole performance, so be specific: give the agent a job, a strong opinion, and a way of speaking. "A pixel artist who has shipped four indies and thinks modern engines made artists lazy" produces a much better conversation than "an artist". Pair two agents who genuinely disagree and the dialogue writes itself.
